Donation 2: Manav Seva Ashram – Shelter and care for Orphans, Old Age Home.

  • Responsibility: Attendees take full responsibility for their actions. Management can deny entry to anyone.

  • Security Checks: Security checks may be conducted at the entrance for safety.

  • Behavior Policy: Violent or inappropriate behavior is not allowed. Illegal substances are banned, and offenders will be removed and face legal action.

  • Legal Compliance: The festival has permission from local authorities. Please respect the law and the local community.

  • Liability Disclaimer: Organizers are not responsible for any injuries, damage, theft, or other issues during the festival.

  • Prohibited Items: Weapons and harmful objects are not allowed and will be confiscated. Searches may be conducted if necessary.

  • Legal Jurisdiction: Any legal disputes will be handled by Nepalese courts. A portion of the proceeds will support a local free medical camp.

  • Entry Regulations: Organizers are not liable for any losses or issues during the event. They can refuse entry or remove anyone who breaks the rules. By attending, you agree to follow all regulations.

Event Facilities & Regulations
  •  Food and drinks will be available inside the festival 24/7.
  • Camping and accommodation are at your own risk, and the organizers are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
  • First aid and medical facilities will be available, but the organizers are not responsible for any issues.
  • All ticket holders have access to camping space, Toilet and closed shower facilities. You can bring your own tent.
  • Dispose of your garbage properly to keep the environment clean.

For Indian Nationals:

Ticket Terms and Conditions

  • A valid photo ID is mandatory at the meetup point, where a T-shirt and Entry QR Code will be provided, which will serve as the entry pass for the pickup point. No one will be allowed in without it.
  • Online booking closes 1 week before the event. If you cancel the event, you will only receive a refund if done at least 10 days prior. Cancellations made less than 10 days before the event will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Unused tickets are non-refundable, even if you’re asked to leave or decide not to attend, and tickets cannot be refunded or transferred.
  • Each ticket is valid for one person only, and no replacements will be provided for lost or stolen tickets. Unlawful resale will result in cancellation without a refund.
  • In the event of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances (like Natural Disaster, Political issue), no refunds or exchanges will be offered. However, if the organizers cancel for reasons under their control, you will be refunded the ticket’s face value.

Very Important

  • A valid ID card with a photo is required, and it must match the information provided on the pre-registration form.

  • International participants must have TIMS and ACAP permits for the Annapurna Circuit.

  • Internet and phone signals may be unreliable due to the remote location.

  • There are no ATMs or banks nearby, so participants should bring enough Nepali currency for the event.

  • Each person is required to bring their own tent, sleeping bag, and personal necessities.

  • No illegal substances are allowed.

     

About Transportation
  • We will inform participants of the meetup point via email three days before the event, where we will provide entrance tickets, t-shirts, and handle registration. The meetup point will be located within Pokhara Valley.

  • Personal transportation is not allowed in the Himalayan area due to the risk of getting lost. The event is 5-6 hours from Pokhara, and the organizers will provide transport. Participants must pay for this separately (as it is not included in the event cost) and are required to be on time at the pickup point.

  • Participants are not permitted to leave the event location independently and must coordinate with the event organizers for any travel arrangements.
